Chemical To Kill Ants and Cornmeal

I do not like ants running around in my living space, particuarly the invading ants. I got interested to the subject because I recently saw some ants running, and wanted to get rid of them. One can get chemicals to kill ants from store, but I do not like such chemicals because I am not sure of possible effects they may have on health in addition to paying for them, and making sure I store them safely.

So, I read about a number of non chemical based ways to get rid of ants. One way is to feed them something they like to eat, and which woukld kill them.

Answer is feed them cornmeal! Ants will transporte it (for free) back to their home where other ants are waiting for dinner. When ants eat cornmeal, they may not live as ants may not be able to digest cormeal.

Cornmeal will instead swell inside the ants and cause them to die!
